I have purchased a 105 Nokia mobile phone for Mother with an airtel postpaid sim in it. Predefined number dial with the press on # accidentally. This number is neither deleted nor modified.

Raised a concern to customer care for this issue. I haven’t received any resolution for this.
Even Nokia customer care mentioned It’s a feature but failed to provide supported documents/proof.
I requested them to delete or modify the predefined #FUNZONE contact. But they rejected it and asked me to buy a phone which doesn’t have a #FUNZONE contact.
