greetings of the day,
Myself Paritosh Mehra and I want to address scam about the FUNNEARN mobile which is a mobile games and earn app.
I have added 8,068(eight thousand sixty eight ) Indian rupees to Funnearn app wallet in order to transfer amazon pay balance to Paytm.
I have made mistake to added my money to Funnearn app. Because when I want to transfer money from Funnearn wallet to my other account they showing a message on screen that I have to spend 4,000 rs in Funnearn app and then you can transfer remaking 4,000 to other account. They made this compulsory, I have emailed them about the issue that I need full amount of my money but they denied and said you have spend 4,000 else you won’t be able to transfer remaining amount. In that reply I have offer them that I can pay to transaction fees or some penalties to revert back the money but I can’t give you 4,000 of my money. They denied the offer stopped me reverting me on emails.
Their app haven’t shown any message to me before adding the money to wallet about 50% of money should be spent on Funnearn.
Even their wallet section showing me total balance 8,068 and transferable balance 8,068
This is the scam they are doing by not providing the terms in wallet section. If transferable amount is 8,068 then how can a customer will know their hidden terms of 50% compulsory.
Please help me on this issue, also I am agree to pay if they want charges for the inconvenience.
