Hi I recently went to one of the branch in madurai. I was not been assisted with any of the executive there. Even if thy were there they didn’t explain better abt products and thy was just watching nd mocking at us. Thy were mostly lazy.. aftr some time one person came and answered two three questions and my cousin was is dilemma wat to buy..so I suggested not to go for costly things as he ll not keep it same…so we opted fr a gun and train with track. I askd tht executive to show demo. She denied and said no battery. I wonder a branded showroom doesn’t have a battery. And the pathetic thing was tht product is not branded so thy said if the product is defective that’s on us. Thy won’t take it back.why funkskool is selling tht type of product. Secondly thy didnt say me anything abt don’t get this . Whn I enquired the store in charge. She was humiliating me by saying buy the product then spk elsr you don’t have rights..and she added this my shop and do watever you can in front of public…I got annoyed by this behaviour and askd her name she said y the hell ibshud say …strtd saying I harassed her….this is too much and I tried spking to head office of funskool on this…but thy too mocked and rejected my call. I hope this shud nt happen fr anyone.
