I had deposited 2800 in my Airtel wallet account and wanted to with the funds but unable to do it…Airtel payments bank team requested for documents so that they can complete this from their end..i shared documents on December 22nd 2022 and since then till now they have not transferred the funds…even after providing all the documents and completing authentication the funds are still not transferred.. on 5th of February 2023 they informed it’ll be completed by 14th but everyday I’ve been trying to get in touch and with them to check for updates and all they tell is it’ll be completed soon .. it’s really mentally traumatizing and I don’t know what else to do apart from filing a case here. Kindly help fix the issue. Please help
