I had ordered one Orpat room fan heater from Amazon.
Mode was cash on delivery…
Amount was 947..
I got the order on 6 Nov but the issue is delivery buy has asked me to pay through phone pe upi as he denied that he was not having the change so I made it through phonepe app…first time it was failed and then he asked to check internet and pay again..
I paid second time and it was successful…I got delivery but there was two debit msg from my bank..
Both the payments was successful so I raised concern with the Amazon but they have asked me to wait only ..not given the solution..
My money is stucked with them and I am only waiting…they are not reversing the debited amount..for reference screenshot is attached..
Delivery boy has played some game I was unable to figure out….
