Ordered whirlpool fully automatic washing machine via flipkart but unfortunately after few minutes of delivery, found that it’s not working. Contacted and called whirlpool technician to see and he confirmed that it has to be replaced as motor is not working..Since morning after numerous follow-ups..Nothing has been done as they are repeatedly saying to get this replaced by 18th Sept..Which is a week far..It’s very difficult for me to wash clothes due to medical emergency..I requested them to do it on priority but they are so stubborn that first it has to be checked by the technician and then replaced..Ironically the same technician was contacted by flipkart to pay a visit and he again confirmed it needs to be replaced but still …I regret mu decision to buy the product from flipkart as afterwards I got to know that omintech retailers have the same kind of negative reviews in recent past. They are not even refunding my money nor fastening up the whole process keeping in mind of my condition..I have already shared the whirlpool technician receipt for their ready reference..Pls uthi g to resolve it in a day…
