As you know ,Due to coronavirus there is a lockdown everywhere….. So we were not able to open our premises for almost three months and I am a your privilege and regular customer also. So I want to request you to waive off the rental of broadband number 011 4004 2795 for lock down period… My contact number is 9810377755 Sunil Nasa
Now I get the request no. 119214484 from airtel because earlier I was unable to connect them because they have no staff to take my complaint…. And now in this request number they are saying that they will charge rupees 200 per month for safe custody charges(they offered) because of non usage of services instead of rent and I am ready to pay custody charges for 200 rupees but still there is no reply from Airtel….
So please help me out for this and from a long time I am facing technical isuue of internet speed and lots of disturbance in landline phone and for this I made many complaints but they fail to rectify this problem..
No they are harresing me in many ways they called me many time and every timebwith different commitment… Sometimes they offer me to pay 200 rupees and close the topic and sometime they agree to waive off all the charges…
