I was promised that if I buy the 6 months plan of 6018 INR of tata sky broadband, I’ll be getting free tata play binge box, free dth installation, free antenna, and free OTT subscriptions.
My broadband got installed, but there was no response from the dth team, after a week they called me and said that I need to pay them 1250 INR more for the installation and now I’m forced to either pay or only get the binge box service. The employee is now ignoring me and not answering my calls anymore. I’ll be happy to share his number if you contact me.
