I had purchased jio fiber on 22 Feb 2023 but got in working condition on 23 Feb 2023. I have paid 2824 Rs for 6 months. I use it only 3 days because their services was not good. I had raised a complaint for that 3 to 5 times but why technician is asking for the money i already deposited full amount. So now just because of their services and fraud commitments i want to remove my connection because i thaught jio is a brand and it’s service is good but i was wrong and now i want to remove this connection and i want my full amount.
I will never use it again i will port my jio sim too.
So Please refund my full of amount.
