I did booking on Goibibo and by mistake i chose tomorrow date and i need to travel today urgently. I tried calling Goibibo customer care for assistance but they are not reachable. Even i tried calling bus person and they also denied to help.
At the end i have to cancel tickets at 50 % cancellation amount which was huge amount for me.
