I have cancelled the flight from MAA to IXC with PNR PYFC4D on 9th April directly through the airline. Airline has provided me with a full refund because the reason for the cancellation of flight was that I was tested covid positive. Airline has refunded back to flipkart INR 1548 initially. Flipkart has refunded me INR 41 after deducting the cancellation charges.
My concern is that as per communication with flipkart agent if the airline provides the full refund then flipkart as well will initiate the complete refund amount which is INR 1548 (not just INR 41) as per their policy. I have reached out several times on this issue but got no response. Can you please look into this.
