I had returned 3 items( 6 bottles) of sugarcheck with invoice amount Rs 3150, back to Flipkart but Flipkart only refunded me for 2 bottles.(ie 1050 rupees as per their reply in the attachment).
But they still have to refund me for the other 4 bottles returned (Rs. 2100). Which they are refusing to refund. Every time i make a mail or grievance they keep telling me that seller refunded Rs. 1050.
I am not taking anything about the Rs.1050 as they keep telling me. What i am asking is when they will pay me the remaining Rs. 2100 for the other 4 bottles returned.
When I called customer care of Flipkart, they tell me why did i return the other 4 bottles, for which I had told them, since the package came with 6 bottles in 1 box and one invoice generated. I cannot just remove 2 bottles from the box and give to their courier agent.
So I gave complete package containing 6 bottles as received with one invoice.
Kindly look into this matter.for which I have attached the communication too with them.
