I had apply for uninstallation of jio fibre connection on 18 October 2021… the service engineer came on 22nd October to pick up the box and said that the company will refund the full security deposit amount which is 1500rs within 15 days…. but on 27 October 2021 they only deposited 500rs in my account… and now when I am trying to have conversations with them.. they are not picking up the call
