I am writing to formally request a full refund for my bus ticket booked from Agra to Delhi on 16.11.25 at 09:35 AM, Ticket No. TUCB26077979, PNR 11610823, Passenger Name: Lucky Agarwal, Boarding Point: Waterwork Chauraha, under Waterwork Flyover.
• I arrived at the boarding point at 09:22 AM and waited exactly under the Waterwork Flyover, while the bus was stationed approximately 120 meters away.
• I attempted to contact the bus conductor twice at 09:34 AM and 09:35 AM on his number (6399157849), but he did not answer.
• At 09:44 AM, he finally received my call and informed me that the bus had already left the pickup point.
• I requested him to wait for just 5 minutes at the next stoppage (Kuberpur Cut), but he refused abruptly without acknowledging the inconvenience caused.
This behaviour was extremely disappointing and caused me harassment and disruption of my travel plans, despite having paid for the ticket in advance.
I had already raised a complaint under reference no. GCM/SA/1412408, but unfortunately, it was closed without resolving the issue.
I therefore request for the full refund of the ticket amount.
