I Anakha Biju along with my infant had a booking with Air India flight no AI834 from Kochi to Delhi on 04 Jun 22 from the offical website of Air India. The timing of the flight has been rescheduled several times at your end and at a later stage the flight has been cancelled. Cancellation of ticket and refund procedures were initiated by me on the very next day. However, post numerous correspondence on the issue an amount of Rs 3536/-has been refunded to me on 8th Jun 22 insteas of Rs 7211/- (Rs 3536+Rs 3675) ( total amonut paid by me) which is not understood. As the flight has been cancelled at your end I have all the rights for the full refund of the ticket and the same has been confirmed by your side while I was processing my refund procedures. Aprops, you are requested to initiate a refund process for my balance amount i. e. Rs 3675at the earliest please. Anticipating an early action.
