Hello myself Deepak Kumar from Dehradun Vasant Vihar phase 2 , I called the employee of the jio fiber network for the installation of Jio fiber . Sales team arrived on 19th june 2020, One of the employee name was Saurabh chamoli (sale taem). They asked form my PAN canrd and aadhar card for verification and sent a link for payment of Rs 3501.82 at my verified mobile number and promised to install the jio fiber kit on 23rd june 2020. Till date , i have asked so many times to surabh chamoli for the information of installation team, he replied that sir team is working in your area, they will come. every time he replied the same and still not get the installation.
