dear sir,
my self kammampati prashanth i am using rbl bank credit card since last 4 years , i was purched tv through amazon on 27 march 2022 price 35066.02 with emi 12 months , rbl bank generated monthly statement of march 15th to april 14th total amount generated Rs-50470/- including my product amout i co-ordinate rbl bank superior and executives through calling those told to me sorry we can not help please pay total amount or converted rbl emi option but i was paid total due amount Rs-50,000/- + 470/- (50470/-) it is closed on april month statement , rbl bank team again that amount Rs-35066/- coverted in emi , i was spoken call center team he was told to me not bank fault that is marchet issue i spoken amazon team those are to said clear not in my fault , rbl bank team said finally if want close emi option preclosed charges applicable
