This is a complaint against amazon regarding ORDER # 402-9217273-9691522 which has been delivered on 2rd July 2022, I have ordered two sharees delivery partner delivered a sealed pack, I have not opened at that time, He has gone after delivering it.
When I opened the package found that only one item has been delivered. I have contacted via chat to customer care. They have ask me for time upto 9th July 2022. When I contacted to customer care for investigation results they told me that they have found nothing in the investigation, so unable to replace / refund anything. That means my amount worth 2000 has been vanished over transit. I can not return the it item, as I have not got my full order and also I cannot got my money back also
