I have cleared my full Loan EMI’S on 7Th March 2022 as per schedule loan EMI’S,Which is also being confirmed by ZestMoney in their app online. But there it reflects as Rs.2636/- pending in my Loan EmI records by Lender (Incred) in my CiBil records & all credit Bureaus. Infact there it reflects as my EMI’S of Rs.2636/- is pending since April 2022 & not paid till date. This remarks have completely destructed my image in all the credit Bureaus records & downgraded my score to below 600 as well. Thete is no answer from Zest Money since last 6 months. I have mailed them numerous times, also escalated by mails, but of no use, not even single positive response from zest team. Worthless team of zest & irresponsible ZestMoney as a NBFC lending partner.They do not answer the phone calls also. Pls sugest me what can be done to improve my cibil records, I am suffering though I have paid all my dues on & before time.
