Text of Complaint by RAJENDRA KUMAR SAXENA:

On 22/04/2022 I requested Airtel to keep my broadband landline no.01147016859 on safe custody for 3 months from 23/04/2022 to 22/07/2022. The same was deactivated from 23/04/2022.
On 4/05/2022 I paid Rs.588.82 towards charges for April 2022.
Now a bill for Rs589.64 has been raised for May 2022, the period for which my landline was under suspension.You may check it from your own records that not even a single call was made / received, as the landline was suspended .
You may also check from your own records the reason and date from which it was suspended.It is requested to revise the bill and charge for 3 months safe period,before it is activated on 24July 2022.
