My self Mangala R, Worked for Autocop india private limited , Sigma soft tech part building, varthur kodi, whitefield road branch. from 09/05/2016 to 11/01/2018. Manager Kashmira & director Mr. Omkar & Mr. Sharad asked us to resign as they had a plan to shift the process to Pune, I have resigned and also served the notice period as per the instruction. Even after 2.5 years the full and final settlement is not done. If we ask they are saying company is in loss, I have contacted multiple time through email , call & now office is also not available in the place where I worked.
Please help me to get the clearance. Last time also i tried filing online but not sure whether it reached to the right person.
