I have recently purchased round trip tickets from Ahmedabad to Dubai. When I decided to cancel my return ticket, I inquired about the refund amount. Initially, I received an email stating a refund of Rs 3212, but I only received Rs 1846. Despite contacting customer support, I have yet to receive a mail with details of the pending refund amount as promised. Upon following up, they now claim there is no pending refund and refuse to connect me with the authorized person at Ixigo.
