I booked a cab from goibibo and paid in full by trusting it as a big company. But somehow accidentally it was cancelled by me and there was no popup or anything for no refund in the app. As soon as it happens I called customer care of goibibo and try to tell my concern and pleged them to revert the cancelled cab but nothing worked. The total deduction amount is rs. 3600+ and no response from them. I am really hopeless.
