I made a booking of xuv500 from zoomcar and completed trip successfully, as I got car at very low fuel level I putted diesel of 2000rs.
After comoletion of booking and uploading bills successfully it showed refund will be initiated within few days as always happens.
But this time I wrote mamy mails and tried to complaint but no refund is initiated till date neither any of their customer care number for complaints is working.
