I, am complaining since last 2 months about external fiber wiring to Jio Fiber, and even wrote to Appellate authority twice. Every second day the customer care informing that your complain addressed and again I am saying to Jio Fiber customer care that it is not done no engineer and team is visiting and simply my complain getting closed, without any work. Consumer is being harassed. I even asked to them if they can’t give service then they publish that Jio Fiber is unable to provide service. I took the plan 499, Jio saying that there will be 400+ chls and 6 OTT but Eros and Alt Balaji OTT not available even you will not get full 400 chls live. Except some News and Devotional.
