Dear Airtel Customer Support,
I am Dr. K P Pradhan, facing extremely bad service from one of your offices which is located in Chennai. I had a visit to convert my prepaid Airtel to postpaid on 3rd October 2020 and I was told to pay Rs.300 and Aadhaar card, address, etc. and the photograph was taken. The lady told me it will be activated within 4-5 hours. But, it was not activated for 2 days, then again I had to visit the office on 5th October 2020, and this time it was a male office boy who told me it will be activated by tomorrow and gave his number 9566626262. And, I think I had called him 15-20 times as well as messaged 10 times. However, that guy is neither receiving the call nor replying to the messages. It’s horrible customer support from the Airtel staff. Please look into the matter and try to resolve the issue.
