I have been using my coinswitch account as per instructions of an online mentor. However, due to an incorrect transaction, according to the mentor, a certain amount in my coinswitch account has been freezed and the remaining amount, displays an error in withdrawal. I seek your help in facilitating withdrawal of my inr balance, along with the frozen amount in the app.
They had asked me for a repair order task, which I had completed, following which a certain amount has been credited to my inr wallet.
