From the date of installation only two days I have enjoyed jio Fibre. After that the municipality authorities for rain water harvesting dug in the road and during that work all the network cables are cut of. I have made several complaints I.e. nearly 10 complaints. None of the employee of jio Fibre taken care for this issue even the customer care. So I have requested for cancelation and my request was accepted. I have not even fully enjoyed the jio network. Due to this attitude of jio companies I have suffered mental agony. The company has to compensate for the same. Immediate attention is required

Reference to cancellation of your JioFiber connection. Please note, the entire cancellation process will be completed in 24 days and is divided in 3 steps.
1) Cancellation of JioFiber number – 7 days.
2) Device pick-up appointment – within 3 days of cancellation.
3) Processing of applicable refund, if any – within 14 working days of successful device pick-up.
Refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis i.e. for the number of days remaining for advance rental expiry.
You are requested to provide your bank details to our Home Care Engineer at the time of device pickup to initiate refund in same account. Please note, the Bank account should be in the same name as your JioFiber connection.
