Hi
I am facing uploading speed issue from one months now, I have made several complaints against it but without resolving the issue they are closing the Tickets. I am using 200mbps connection and the connection bound to give that speed but they are giving download speed only but not giving uploading speed, Even their service person also know that is a major issue, but they without solving the issue they avoid my complaint from last 25 days. If they cant provide the speed which they promise, then They have to compensation of my work loss.
