Text of Complaint by UMESH KUMAR:

I have DISH TV no.

01513399376 and in last month i have subscribed a channel carton net but amount is cut from my account but channel are no on i so many time call to DISH TV but they could not solved my problem and time is pass day by day and after that amount is finished without watching the channel and i calling so many times but after waiting 60 minutes my call is conducted they said after 15 minuter problem is solved i again recharge my account and then again call to customer care regularly from the last one month but at this time they reset my account even then many channels which are free and also other for which i had pay are not watching but all the customer cares could not help and next recharege amount is finished slowly and slowly means days are passing one to an other but customer care cold not solve my problem . So I requested to your good self kindly claim an amount of Rs. 10 lacsĀ  from the Dish TV for non-providing the service and give mental harassment which cause my BP Raised on medical ground and also lodge a case against DISH TV company under Provision of consumer Protection act for fail to provide services under law in the interest of justice , it is pertinent to mentioned here that many calls are recorded in my hand set if need then I will produced it in Court if necessary.
