Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this email to bring to your attention the harassment and abuse I have been subjected to by the company, CASHe. I am enclosing the screenshots of the abusive messages and OTPs I have received as evidence.

I am currently facing financial difficulties and am unable to make payments, however, this has not been a justification for the threatening and offensive messages I have received from the representatives of CASHe. Their actions have caused me immense stress, anxiety and a violation of my privacy.

I have raised my concerns with the company through their grievance email but have not received a satisfactory response. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I am still receiving harassing messages, causing me immense stress and anxiety.

I kindly request you to take appropriate actions and provide a resolution to this matter. I am also attaching the relevant screenshots and all the communications I have had with the company for your reference.
