WE HAD PROCURED FRIDGE FROM SOUNDARYA SHOPPE – VISAKHAPATNAM – DWARAKANAGAR, ON 19.6.19 WITH WHIRLPOOL ,MODEL NO -WPL-71384-205I MPC ROY 3S SAPPHIRE ABYSS(P) HSN CODE -8418.
RIGHT FROM THE 3RD DAY, WE ARE BACK OF THEM TO REPLACE THE FRIDGE, AFTER THE TECHNICIAN VISIT THAT TOO. BUT THE STORE IS NOT RESPONDING TO US, SO WE TOOK BACK THE ISSUE WITH WHIRLPOOL BY USING TWITTER AND OUR COMPLAINT NO. IS GR 0819003405, EARLIER ALSO COMPLAINED THE SAME WITH COMPLAINT NO gr 0619013484 BUT IT WAS CLOSED BY JUST ADJUSTING THE BULB INSIDE THE FRIDGE. PLS C THE ENCLOSED PICS THAT WERE TAKEN AFTER THE DELIVERY OF THE FRIDGE !!!
