Text of Complaint by Raghuraman P J:

I have opted for Family plan in my postpaid connection in which I have bundled mine and two of my family members number for a monthly charge of 799 plus tax. However I always get addtional monthly rental for one of my family member number. I have contacted airtel customer care 6-7 times in the last 8 months and they always promise me to correct this issue. But till now the issue is not resolved and I always get a wrong bill with additional charge. However I get a credit for the wrong charge, but the issue keeps arising.
