I have been facing non-internet speed and poor voice call services since Oct 2020. for which I registered to complain many times from the airtel app as well as from the IVR option but the problem still persists, today again registered a complaint from IVR and the airtel app too. customer care executive promising to wait till Jan 2020 which is a standard reply to delay.
