Text of Complaint by Maria Abiya:

My name is Abiya, I have been using this “77XXXXXX17” number since 2012.
1) In 2019 i faced an issue which is poor network, frequent calls disconnected even though my area was madipakkam(velachery) it’s not rural to say due to tower issue there was a poor network connection. I called customer care and they asked me to change my sim card.
2)2020 feb i bought new phone redmi 8 and same issue occurred when i were in taramani called customer care they asked to change sim so went RMZ taramani and changed my sim
3)last 3 months i am facing same issue unintended call disconnection 10-jun-2021 only i did monthly recharge and today 11-jun-2021 my network not working called customer care they said change sim card….. how many time do you people want me to change my sim instead of that i better go with an alternative company.
note: i wasn’t in rural to face such a network issue. Indirectly you people ask me to buy new sim each year with paid service.
Today I called customer care and asked them to either deliver me a new sim free of cost or revert my one month recharge amount to my UPI where i did recharge yesterday  then i will go with an alternative company sim. I  happily say goodbye to airtel.
