Hi Team, We have been facing frequent service disruptions with my Fiber. In the last 2 months ( 3 service requests in October, 1 Service Outage in October, 3 service requests in November, 2 Service Outages in November and 1 service request in December) there has been 10 service issues that was raised and every time it takes 2-3 days to get it fixed. There is no compensation to the customer given and the team is not even ready to escalate it to the next level for better service. When asked for service escalation matrix they are not sharing it.
But this frequent disruption and not taken seriously by the Jio Fiber team. So I request the consumer forum to raise this issue seriously and help us it to get it addressed.
