Hi Team,
I am using Jio services for Internet connectivity. Despite rising multiple complaints about Internet issues for location(Alewadi, District Akola State Maharashtra Pin Code is 444101 ). The network team is not able to provide proper resolution. also, there is slowness in internet and frequent Internet connectivity. We used to call customer support but we always get the same reply such as we are looking into it and our network team is working on it from the last 4 months.
The service they provide for our area is not up to the mark even spending money for the 4G data. we all know that due to COVID everyone is working from Home. we have no other option to work from the location which I mentioned earlier. hoping for a reply from your team.
