With reference to the mentioned subject, I would like to inform that ever since 26th feb’21 till 11th Mar’21, I have complained thrice for the same problem. Today, after 4th visit am informed by the technician that the existing router has issues & if not upgraded, problem will persist. Since last few days I feel being cheated by Jio officials & their technical teams. Today I had to recharge the connection as the current plan had expired. I didn’t want to but I had no other option as troubleshooting was not possible without an active connection. Since last over 4 months, my customers are unable to contact my office over my landline connection.
I appreciate Jio is upgrading itself from 4G to 5G but they must ensure that the existing customers like me are upgraded (without any cost). These faults have resulted in operational,financial loss of business & also the psychological harassment. I would demand for immediate action into it. To the conclusion, I would like to mention – ‘when customers are not allowed any moratorium post expiry of the plan, why not customers should be compensated with their loss without their fault?’
