I have been facing broadband issues since the past 1 year. The internet light in the modem keeps on going away and this causes a huge issue as I miss important business meetings. I have filed over 50 complaints where your engineers come and just replace stuff ask for the happy code and leave but the issue is never resolved
I believed that airtel is a reputed company who would care for its customers but it seems like it’s not true. After 6 months of complaints, the internet worked well for 1 month and then the issue started again.
In this span of time, the entire wiring was changed. The modem was changed. All wires and boxes were changed. Everything was changed however they still couldn’t find the issue and make it better. Never seen such a case before.
Mr. Govind is the most unprofessional engineer I have seen. He comes and never solves the issue and then misbehaves on call. He tells me not to file complaints over the Airtel app and when I called him today as he was assigned he told me not to waste his time.
Even after 4 complaints this week the issue isn’t resolved and I am unable to use the internet smoothly. They assure me Internet will not go but it happens again, if they cannot provide proper service I want them to inform me so that I can remove the connection. They should either refund me the money for the inconvenience they cause and stop providing their services in my location if they cannot do it properly
