I have been informing Airtel Customer care (121) about frequent intermittent internet disconnection issue over a past few months. However, they have not been able to resolve the issue and am still facing issues. At other times, the range of broadband is so poor that even a few meters away from the modem means no access to Internet. Presently they don’t seem to care and just keep telling me that they are looking into the matter or that it is under observation.
I am being billed regularly, however, when it comes to provide the due services, Airtel in not interested at all.
My latest complaint number is 116140232.
