WRT the above account we have complained many times sinceApril 2020.we have paid for the whole year subscription but without any use.everyday there will be more than 50 times failure of the internet.inspite of complaining no body is doing anything to rectify.We are regretting for taking Hathway connection and payaing for the whole year. Speed promised is 100 mbps but hardly we got it.We want to take back our money as the service-is totally unsatisfactory.
