Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the consistent and recurring issues I have been facing with my Airtel WiFi connection. It has come to my attention that every time there is rainfall in the vicinity, my internet connection becomes disrupted, rendering me without any internet access. This has become an unfortunate regular occurrence that severely hampers my ability to carry out my daily tasks, both personal and professional.

I would like to highlight that I have reported this issue to your customer service team on multiple occasions, only to be met with delays and inadequate solutions. Despite bringing this problem to your attention, it takes an unreasonably long period of approximately 2 days for the issue to be resolved after I lodge a complaint. This extended downtime not only inconveniences me but also leads to a substantial loss of productivity and connectivity for the entire household.

I am also concerned about the discrepancy between the service I am paying for and the actual service I am receiving. As a paying customer, I expect to have uninterrupted and consistent internet connectivity throughout the month. However, the frequent outages caused by rain have resulted in the loss of internet service for several days each month. This situation raises the question of fair compensation for the days during which I am unable to utilize the service that I have paid for.

I would like to request a resolution to these ongoing issues as a matter of urgency. Additionally, I believe it is only fair that Airtel provides compensation for the days during which the service is disrupted due to external factors beyond my control. Whether through a reduction in my monthly bill or an extension of my service period, I believe that appropriate steps need to be taken to rectify this situation and ensure that customers receive the quality of service they deserve.

I trust that Airtel takes customer satisfaction seriously and will take the necessary steps to address these concerns promptly. I kindly request a timely response to this complaint outlining the measures that will be taken to resolve the connectivity issues and compensate for the days of disrupted service.
