Good afternoon.
I am using Jio air fiber from past 6 months, from day 1 there is a serious disconnection issue. I almost raised multiple complaints but no proper response has been provided and now the costumer care is ignoring my issue by sending a general email that they will look into it and there is no estimated time for the resolution and there is no refund policy where I opted for 12 months plan trusting Jio.
I have got a warning notice from my work company to change the network since I work from home and support gulf countries.
I don’t have a good pay and this is really impacting my living.
Also in my area the local provider has some kind of cable mafia. He won’t allow any private network company inside the area and give only his connection which is the 2x of the price and no proper service and network.
Being a tax payer, I am facing this and there is no one to help me.
Due to bad market in job sectors, I can’t change job and if I loose my job then I will commit suïcide and jio will be the responsible person.
