I paid for Airtel connection through an advance rental plan for 12 months But within first 3 months of the usage for more than 50 days I was not able to use Internet as Airtel failed to provide service. I had to daily make complaints and Airtel gave me false promises of resolving the problem daily. I asked them to resolve issue via email within 10 days or refund me the money but they failed to do anything and kept on prolonging issue . I asked them to refund me the entire amount of 12 months and pay the damages I incurred because of lack of broadband and Internet connection as well. But after no resolution I asked them to just pay me advance rental for 12 months for which they said they would look into the matter and terminated my connection. But now Airtel is paying me rs 2080 as refund while I had paid rs 9000 as advance rental. I have undergone losses due to terrible service by Airtel and their failure to return my hard earned money .
