sir,
i am an airtel broadband user.recently(19/6/20) there has been frequent disconnection of internet for which i have complained to the customer care for help.but even after repeated opening and closing complaints because the person claims to have rectified the problem each time,the problem still persists.after which they have assigned another person to resolve the issue and he said that he is unable to find the cause of the problem.he said that he has checked every point for HAL but seems to experience problem only when he reaches my house.he has given up and he gave me his contact number to call him when i experience the problem everytime. please help me regarding this issue.
