dear mam,
As I called customer care regarding network issues on July 7. Frequently getting disconnected . Today executive came today and changed all the wiring but still I feel the same problem. I informed airtel customer care for parallel connection and if modem problem change to airtel xstream. But they are not changing it.
I cannot able to do my office work due to frequent disconnection.
