My landline number is 0120- 4276899

My internet gets disconnected quite often, I am complaining again and again since October 2021, but to no solution
Airtel is literally torturing me.
I talked to your 121 person, atleast 100 times, to your supervisor, to the escalation team, mailed multiple times to 121, but to no solution.

My area local engineer is Azeem, he comes to my place does something and ask for happy code, says the issue wont be repeated.

I asked atleast 100 times to 121 person that DO NO SEND AZEEM, as he cant solve my issue, but all my complaints fall on empty ears, and you guys send Azeem again and again.

I am literally frustrated with AIRTEL, you guys are torturing me.

On 30 dec, 31 dec 2021, 1 Jan 2022 my internet was not working, and I talked to your supervisor, i was told that 3 days amount will be deducted from final bill, but my final bill was still full.

PATHETIC, CRUEL, FRUSTRATED, USELESS.

Either solve my issue within 48 hrs, deducted 3 days amount from my next bill and solve the frequent disconnection issue or I will disconnect the airtel connection by next week, and you loose your permanent customer from last 15 years.

ITS FINAL WARNING from my side.
