Not able to use internet since last wednesday (20th March 2024).
Called multiple times customer care and they opened ticket on 21st March 2024 and resolution expected on 22nd March 2024.
Till Now no response and have paid 6 month fee , so i do not have option to get money refunded with cancellation.
My ticket (SR00001W301D) has been open for 5 days and is about to be resolved by 22nd Mar .
1. More than 30 times have called Customer care
2. 4 times visited Jio service center which is in j p nagar 7th phase Bangalore
3. Multiple times send mail
