I have experienced more than 6 disconnections over the course of past 6 weeks, among which I had raised three official service requests on Jio App and other three times I went to the distribution box location situated near my house to find out a service technician fiddling with the box and he fixed the issue reinforcing all connections again. In all 6 instances, the technician fixed the connection in box to resolve the issue. Today, despite of raising a service request for 1-2 pm, and a follow-up call, the call center said it is planned to be fixed tomorrow, and I found at that there was a technician working that working on the box (I just missed him by the time I realized connectivity issue and reached box location). It is difficult to understand at this point if Jio Fiber technicians are intentionally sabotaging the connections in order to work in limited location, or if its a design fault of the instrument, but this started to happen almost exactly after one year of connection, which is suspicious. All in all, it creates an immensely challenging work environment at home with unplanned call disconnections, dependency/additional expense on mobile internet packs and the hassle to reach out to customer service or catch the technician at work every week. Please help!
