I have already complained twice on email with regard to above matter.
I had received the airtel broadband connection for my allocated airtel land line number 022-49670974.
At time of connection I was promised 100 mpbs speed but was allocated only 40 mpbs.even this is not true as from first day the speed test showed speed between 29-37 mpbs.
Since last two days there is frequent breakdown of connection though the modem indicators show all connections are on.
I called up your sales executive Raj Singh Rajpoot who was instrumental in booking my airtel connection.
The responses were totally unsatisfactory and he kept making excuses about resolving the problem.
Further at time of booking I was also promised a telephone instrument which was not given. Then Raj Singh asked me to buy one myself and he would arrange the amount of the telephone cost to my credit.and I would have to pay that amount of 565 rs.woukd be adjusted.
I asked him to mail me this confirmation but till date nothing.
Another issue is that I have paid 1180 rs cash to Mr. Prabhat your executive because Raj Singh informed if I paid 1000 rs +gst I would be entitled to life free download of 3332 gb.. Once again have not received any confirmation mail from him though I repeatedly reminded him. Not have I received any message from airtel regarding receiving this amount.
Now kindly confirm if Raj sing and Prabhat are still employed by airtel?
Now airtel must arrange to resolve all the issues urgently or refund all the amount I have paid.
